Hi Maureen and family I just wanted to say a huge so sorry to hear about John I only just read that What a amazing Man he will always be a special part of my heart not everybody gifts you a Fanta I will always be truly grateful xxx thinking of you all hugs and kisses The Hoiland family
My condolences to your family, Maureen, Leon and Corey. John always had a way of smiling and brightening to make you feel special when he saw you. Invariably it would be followed by a “look, Maureen, it’s Norm’s Daughter!” And then asking about the family. He was very caring and his love of horses was very infectious. And I know the Mudways had a special place in my Dad’s heart and his stories about them, horses and thistle bushes were told often. I’m sorry I couldn’t be there to celebrate his life and great spirit, but I know he was very proud of his family and would be happy to know he’ll live on through them. Kia kaha.
