I instantly bonded with Graham when he bought the house next door. He was a very pleasant and very kind man. We were looking forward to him moving in after the renovation. Our thoughts are with his family after his unexpected sudden death.

So sorry to hear of Grahams passing. He was a good man and had a heart of gold. Pauline and myself will sorely miss him. Condolences to family.

So sad to here of Graham's passing, i have such fond memories, from a very young age of spending time on the farm down the Sandspit, out on boat. Have managed to catch up again over the last couple of years and was always so many laughs.
