BRIMELOW, Basil Frederick:

After a long battle with Dementia, Basil passed peacefully at Heatherlea Rest Home on Sunday morning 23rd June 2024, aged 83 years. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Relwyn; loved father of Tristan and Christine, Shelton and Joanne and Adair and Barb. Loved grandfather of Maddison and Dylan, Lily, Olliver; Finn, Caleb, Emma; Keegan, Jonty, Devon; Oliver and Lachlan. Loved great-grandfather of Lucy and Blake. The family would like to thank the nurses at Heatherlea for their care over the past three years. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Alzheimer's New Zealand. Service to celebrate Basil's life will be held at Eagars Te Henui Chapel, 174 Lemon Street, New Plymouth, at 10.30am, Monday 1st July 2024, and laid to rest at the Opunake Cemetery at 2.00pm.
