Albert Edward Nicholson (Alby). Born 29th May 1929. Passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, 22nd June, 2024, aged 95.
He left to be with his beloved Colleen. Alby leaves behind Kim and Gary, Sarah and Brad, Melissa and Russell Grant and his great grandees Grace, Frank, Yves and Jack. We will miss you so much Pop.
To celebrate Alby's life a service will be held Saturday 29th June at 1.30pm at Haven Falls Funeral Home Rotorua, 271 Old Taupo Road, Hillcrest, Rotorua.

I really loved they way I was able to become an “almost” member of this family. I had lost my parents too early. Alby was like a 2nd father to me. He was such a gentleman. He still had a twinkle in his eye & we shared some fun times. It was a privilege to celebrate his 90th birthday with whanau. Loved that man.. farewell x
