Thank you for the opportunity to join with you Alan, Carolyn & Lionel and your families at the beautiful tribute to Joan, your Wife, Mother and Grandmother, and my lovely school friend at Nelson College for Girls. We are so very sorry we were unable to travel to be there with you all today, but know that you are all in our thoughts and hearts today. To Alan and family, I was very sorry to hear of the passing of dear Joan. We were both part of the same cohort of friends all through our years at Nelson College for Girls - happy days!!
