Passed peacefully 29 June 2024 at Middlemore Hospital, aged 87 years. Dearly loved husband of Tupou Maria. Loved father of Noel Jr Anthony, Apera (Peter) and Andrew James. Loved grandfather, great grandfather, uncle and brother. At Noel's request a private family service has been held.
