Bereavement Panui on behalf of the Bourke and Waaka whanau regarding the loss of their beloved grandmother, Mother, Gloria Kororia Bourke (Nee Heemi), who sadly passed away on Thursday 27th June 2024 in Rotorua Hospital. The whanau have advised that viewing for whaea Gloria will be at Haven Falls ki Rotorua on Wednesday the 3rd and Thursday the 4th at 10am. Funeral service will take place on Friday the 5th of July and held at Haven Falls ki Rotorua, Funeral Service will be commencing at 11:00am followed by a graveside burial at Kauae Cemetery commencing at 12.30pm.

Sending our deepest sympathies. Gloria was alway our safe haven growing up as a teenager. She embraced and laughed with us as we were her own. Watching the service reminded me of Emm being called a ‘Egg’ a quite a few times.. probably deserved it, but he loved Gloria. We all do, and always will.
Sending our condolences to our beautiful niece Angeline and her siblings for the loss of their lovely mother. We knew and remember your mum as a bubbly happy lady. Always smiling. Rest in Heaven beautiful we couldn't imagine you anywhere but in Gods Arms.
