So very sad to hear that Gloria has died. But what a glorious life she has had. I always thought that my Aunty Gloria was very beautiful and such an elegant lady. This was confirmed the last time I saw her, when my Mum and I came to visit Uncle Alec before he died. She looked amazing, beautifully dressed and she was so full of energy. I do have wonderful memories of times on the farm, running wild with the cousins. I know my mother really loved the chats that she and Gloria would have in the last few years before my Mum died. This was a special time and I was grateful for the time spent and the memories they shared together and no doubt putting the world to rights. I think that if Aunty Gloria had been born in a later era she would have been CEO of some outstanding company. But she poured her talents into working with Uncle Alec, raising 4 children and living her best life. So sorry that I cannot be there, to celebrate a life so well lived, give you all hugs and hang out together and reminisce.
