Passed away peacefully on 11 September 2025, at Middlemore Hospital. Loving and much-loved wife of Rex. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Tania, and Shane and Nicky. Adored Grandmother of Ashleigh and Max. Beloved sister to Larry, Dallas, Chris, and Tina. Forever a shining light to a myriad of extended family and friends, her kindness, generosity, energetic spirit, and unconditional love embraced and uplifted all who knew her.
Our heartfelt thanks to the team on Ward 22 at Middlemore Hospital for their unfailing kindness and support during Heather's final weeks.
A celebration of Heather's life will be held at the Manukau Memorial Gardens Chapel, 361 Puhinui Road, Wiri on Wednesday, September 17th at 1pm. The service will also be livestreamed for those unable to attend in person.
