In his 86th Year.
Peacefully with his loving wife Anne, by his side.
Dearly loved Daddy O of Michelle, and Erana, loved grandad, and brother, and loved by all his extended family and whanau.
A special thank you for the wonderful care by the staff of Buller Hospital, and the oncology staff.
A Celebration of Tom’s life will be held at the Westport RSA Rooms, Westport, on Wednesday, July 17, at 2.30pm, followed by a private cremation.
