Deepest condolences to Pam and family Ron and I started a journey along time ago when he walked into my Taekwondo gym at that point in his life was the best thing he could have done He became part of a brother hood not only did he get stronger and flourish he made a lot of good friends myself included and undoubtedly a loyal student We lost touch for a long time not realising the battle he faced He obviously possessed a fantastic indomitable spirit and will be missed Rest in peace Ron

Bro, Thank you for always being there whenever Mum or I needed you, sometimes even before we knew it ourselves. I've been thinking about it and realised that we've grown closer since Pam and the birth of your girls. Miss Emma and Livvy have changed your world. Thank you for being annoying, less than humble when you were wrong, bossy, dependable, consistent, witty as fuck, judgy, and always offering your opinion even when it was not required, LOL.
