I was very saddened by reading of Chris’ death . I have not seen or spoken to her for many years but only a few days ago Graham Rose ,John Rendall had lunch and e talked about Chris ,Bernice and the family .Her coz Peter Grant would keep me updated with what she was up to over the past few years Over a couple of years in Castle St Dunedin we had some great times which I well recall even tho it was in the late 60’s Chris was always a helping hand ,a young lady who assisted me greatly over those years in our day to day activities as she was always there for all of us with good advice and support My thoughts and sympathies are with Richard ,Robyn and their families through this sad time Rest in Peace Chris

We have known Chris for over twelve years and will miss her conversations, laughter and baking which was second to none. We thank Chris for encouraging Victoria to study which came naturally to this cherished lifelong teacher. Our lives are definitely poorer for not having Chris's enthusiasm for life and knowledge about so many things, she had the strength and ability to get things done.
