Chasland, Ian Wilfrid (Chas). Of Tokomaru. Passed away unexpectedly on Saturday 27 July 2024, aged 69 years. Loved husband of the late Lynne. Adored Dad of Shaun, and Nicole and Josh. Treasured Grandad of Phillip, Amy, and Bentley. Dearly loved brother of Brian, Paul, Jill, Kim and their partners. Loved by his extended family and friends. No flowers by request, he hated them. Messages to the Chasland family C/- PO Box 1014 Palmerston North 4440. A celebration of Ian’s life will be held at The Lychway Chapel, 5 Roy Street, Palmerston North. On Friday 2 August 2024 at 3.00pm.

Im the luckiest person iv ever been! The 10 days i got spend with uncle last month were best time iv ever had with my relations. Laugh, OMG!! We drank 2 1/2 bottles of whiskey n told ours stories n laughed sum more n finally after nagging for 9 days straight I got given the keys to his pride and joy, his beloved car! THANK YOU uncle for being you! You are amazing
