Passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday 31st July 2024, aged 64.
Topsy passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, dedication and love.
Born in Lower Hutt, Wellington to Nora and Alex McAuley. Dearly loved by Larry, sister Michelle and brother Steve. Loved Mum to James and Steve and her Moko’s Tia-Calais, Corleone and Liston
Topsy touched the hearts of many in the Wainui community and was a loved teacher by all.
We will celebrate her beautiful life on Saturday 3rd August 2024 at the Wainui Bowling Club at 10am, followed by a private family cremation on Monday 5th August.

Topsy and I were friends from our Intermediate and college years then after that we among others went our separate ways and Larry was right when he said how beautiful she was it was so sad hearing of her passing π π’ big Arohatinonui from all the Hallett from Wainuiomata now living in Melbourne Australia RILP my friend π π’ π π π β€

Topsy was an extremely kind caring honest friend to me. In my teenage year's she was a great & respected mentor to me. We caught up on the 12th july had some laughs & tears but it was beautiful i will treasure that day forever. Love you tops your with dad now may the Angeles wrap you up & keep you safe in their loving arms Till we met again Love Lisa xxx
