It is with broken hearts that Kim and Gary announce the passing of their wonderful, very much-loved dad, and beloved soul mate of the late Sandra. Roy passed away at Tauranga Hospital on 1st August 2024. Kim and Gary were with him until the end. A truly exceptional man, a proud farmer, the best dad, poppa, brother, brother- in- law.
No words can express how much Roy meant to his family and how desperately he will be missed.
A memorial service for Roy will be held at Legacy Papamoa - 53 Te Okuroa Drive Papamoa on Thursday 8th August at 2pm.

So sorry for your loss, you probably don't remember me, but I used to visit and on the odd occasion stay the night when you lived in Benneydale. He was also a cousin to my husband. Both he and Sandra were wonderful people.
Gary, please know how sorry we are for your loss. Loosing a parent is not easy and no matter what anyone says it will hurt for some time to come. Know we are here for you, when you are back in the UK and receiving visitors we will come and see you. Sending love and sympathy xx
