WARD, Herbert George (Herb): Born 5-3-33. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Woodlands Rest Home, Feilding, on Thursday 8 August 2024, aged 91 years. Cherished husband of Dorothy. Loved father of Avril and Ken and adored grandfather of James and great grandfather of Mason. Son of the late Eileen and Herbert George Ward, the oldest of his eight siblings, survived by Barry and Errol. He will be missed dearly but never forgotten. A service to celebrate Herb’s life will be held at William Cotton and Sons Chapel, 29 Beattie Street, Feilding on Tuesday 13 August 2024 at 11am followed by private cremation.
