My thoughts are with you Darcy and the extended family on this sad passing of Connie Ian Manderson

So many wonderful memories from Eketahuna to Ballance. The stories my Auntie Connie told me as a child were enough to traumatize a child-she did have a naughty streak. As an adult we shared some fabulous times, great conversations and many a wine. Always with a laugh and a joy of life-My Auntie Connie was just wonderful. The distance between Australia and NZ seems to have got longer, so those times were not frequent enough. Be at peace Connie. Love to all the family.

My sincere sympathy to you all. Connie was a childhood friend growing up in Eketahuna. A year younger than me we were in the same class every second year and, of course, Sunday mass followed by catechism classes with Fr Barr-Brown or Terry Keisenberg. Once we grew up and left Eketahuna our lives took us in different directions. My tthoughts and prayers are with you all. May Connie. rest in peace. Kind regards Jennifer Flynn

Condolence to Connie's family in her passing Have lovely memories of her from her time when living in Pahiatua. Such a pretty girl with a beautiful singing voice RIP Connie From Judy & John Burnes - Waikanae

Being the youngest Aunt reserved a special place for Connie. In younger times she was the occasional babysitter/child minder who could play games. Before becoming the reliable Aunt Con, always ready to offer a spare bed and glass of wine. Visiting her home and sharing some time was always a joy, but the distance that made those visits occasional is also the reason we are unable to be there to say final goodbyes in person. Our thoughts will be there though and our condolences for Connie's Family and Friends. So glad for that long chat recently. Kris and Tammy
