Dearly loved husband of Joan, loved and respected Dad and father-in-law of Allan and Beth (Christchurch), Russell and Anne (London), Judith* and Steve Lorimer (Wellington), Alison and Eldred* Wilden (Gore), Liz and Steve Christensen (Dunedin). Loved Grandad of David, Nicky, Mike; Ben, Nick; Lucy, Julia, Claire, Olivia; Nat, Fenella, Lydia; and loved Great-Grandad of his 9 great-grandchildren.  Loved brother and brother-in-law of George (twin), Raymond* and Gale Simpson, Margaret* and Arnott* Dodds, Len* and Grace* Paterson, Ron* and Dulcie Paterson, Vic* and Moira Paterson, Jimmy and Bev* and Elizabeth Paterson, and loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews.
