Bereavement Panui on behalf of the Rata whanau regarding the passing of their beloved, Ellen Lavinia Rata, who sadly passed away on Saturday 24th August 2024 in Auckland. Whaea Ellen will lay in state for one night at the whanau whare in Otara from 2pm today. Tomorrow, Monday 26th August, whaea will then travel north, departing no later than 11am to lay in state at Waiora Marae, Ngataki, until her final service and burial on Thursday 29th August 2024.
