Always busy with the spiritual quest. She had quite some humour. She wouldn’t give up. I remember that we were in a city in Germany. She and I wanted to see famous stained glass windows from Chagall in a church. It appeared the church was outside the centre. Only the way to it was steep. We didn’t know that. Although it was very hard for her to climb, she didn’t give up. At the end we could see that beautiful windows. Thank you Heather for being with us and a good journey to the Light Planes.
Dear Heather . Just last year in Germany I really got to know you as a warm-hearted , loving woman ,taking care of other people . I can still hear your big laugh . Dear Heather , we are all going to miss you very much .
Heather in January 2024.
Heather was a friend to many. She was a kind hearted, gentle soul who always had a cat or 2 hanging around. I first met her in Canada in 1989 through our meditation group. By chance, we moved to NZ the same year she returned, 2005. For many years she generously hosted our group’s gatherings in Auckland. I have fond memories of being welcomed into her home in Hamilton in January, and then sharing a lovely, jovial ride to Waitetuna. Dear, sweet Heather, “You were a child of light’s wonderful secret- you return to the beauty you have always been.”
Heather was a great person to be around. We met on Waitetuna lodge in NZ where our meditation group came together. Her sense of humour was striking, we had great laughs. I have been welcomed in her home; she has been overseas with me. A very special memory is a short holiday together at the end of January 2020. Weather was fine, we had a great time visiting interesting spots and lots of fun and laughter. Such a dear memory. Heather, now you make a different journey into the worlds of Love and Light. Know you are remembered with love. Caren Glansdorp a friend
