Tim, sorry this is so late, but none of the memories of our times together have dimmed. From the bachelors' bungalows in Dubai in December 1972, via the rugby field, to being your Best Man, then as an occasional colleague at Costain over the years, so many great times together. Didn't see each other much in later years, but my memories of you as a wonderful friend and support live on. I'm sure you will be as good a soul now where you are as you were here. Paul
I seem to remember that you were always the first to get your head into the mauls. You were a great leader on the field, and good company off it. Sad to consider that you have been robed of old age, but for sure it will not be that long before other team mates join you. Rest in peace 'old' friend.
Time to say farewell for a period. Your off on a trip to a new destination, I might arrive some day but I suspect you will end in a better place than I'm destined for. Your support and friendship saw me though on the most demanding construction project I have been involved with, thank you. Rest well ❤️🩹
Love and strength to Di and the family at this difficult time. We also celebrate a very well lived life. "..Our senses, restored, never to be the same, whisper to us. They existed. They existed. We can be. Be and be better. For they existed" Tom & Cath

RIP Tim. Your warmth and generosity will forever live in our memories. As will some great days on the golf course. Our thoughts are with Diana and the family. Love Simon, Hannah and the girls
We first met Tim in 1974, about the time we first met. He was a guest at our wedding and we remained good friends, sharing jokes and beers at the Exiles. He carried me off the pitch during the NY rugby match before I had a chance to score! Always a gentleman and a friend to many, hang up your boots Tim, knowing you made an impact on so many. Liz Loadwick
Remembering Sue’s much loved brother Tim. A kind and caring man. Remembering our Santiago trek…..a walk punctuated with fun and much laughter. My thoughts are with Diane at this sad sad time, Rest in peace lovely man. Love Eunice. X
So sad to hear about the passing of our dear brother/uncle. All our thoughts and prayers are with you in New Zealand. David, Sheila, Jon, Nick, Ed and Rich
So, so sad to see yet another Dubai Exile to fall off the perch. We need to continue our reunions evey two years, while we are still able. I first met Tim at an Exiles curry lunch at the Overseas AST compound in Jumeira in 1974. I had just arrived in the UAE from Muscat and found an advert in the "Recorder", a two A4 Page local rag, encouraging people to join the Exiles. I joined and the rest is history. The Dubai Exiles became the centre of our social life and we spent many happy days/years there. Tim was a leading light at the club and an encouraging captain for us ex soccer players. He will be missed terribly and our thoughts are with Di and the family.
Tim, words are not enough to express your joie de vivre. Rest in peace.
Gone too soon, but not forgotten. Treasured memories of my special brother. Rest in peace dear Tim, safe in God's keeping till we meet again.
Beloved brother Words are but a shadow of my love and gratitude for all you were and did for me. Our miles and time apart only adds to my sadness. I love you Tim Fondest wishes to Diana and all the family always Xxxxxxxx
Will always remember the roar from the touchline "Dubaaaaaiiiiiiii" at the top of his voice. Great man and Gulf rugby original! RIP
Many fond memories of playing and sharing a beer or two after a game. Tim,always life and soul of any party, and a good friend. RIP.
Tim, a wonderful man, not bad rugby player, always happy and chirpy, on the pitch or in the stands, let alone the bar! Farewell my friend, RIP Mike Bayram
As a fleet of foot winger, you will get to the RFC in the sky quicker than most. You have been a very kind and generous friend, fun to be and a wonderful stand-in grandpa. Enjoyed sharing your crosswords with you! Sleep well old chum.
Vale Tim, You join too many old mates in the great rugby club in the sky. It was a privilege to have you as a close friend for more than fifty years and to have shared so many special times with you over that period. Rest in Peace old pal. Dai&Paula
