Pleciak, Victor John

Passed away on 27 August 2024 at Auckland Hospital. Aged 86.

Beloved husband of the late Elaine, proud father of Michael and Steven, father-in-law of Penny and Jane and grandfather of Thomas, Nina, Ben and Eva.

A life well lived, with humour, resilience, and good memories.

St. Patrick’s College Silverstream 1952-55. Victor was one of the 732 Pahiatua Polish children, and he will sadly miss the 80th reunion this year.

A private cremation has been held, with a family service at a later date to celebrate both Victor and Elaine.
