STEWART, Hazel Una. It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved matriach, who departed this life suddenly on Tuesday, September 3rd 2024, in her 91st year. Cherished wife to Clifford from Wyndham, she leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness. She was a devoted mother and mother-in-law to Lynton & Heather Carr, Geoffrey & Gillian Stewart, Lewis & Allison Jackson, Lynley Double, Warren Stewart, Carole Martin, and David & Denise McKay. Her warmth touched the hearts of many. Hazel was the proud grandmother to 13 grandchildren and a loving great-grandmother to 22 great-grandchildren, who will forever carry her memories with them. Loved sister of Grace Johnstone and David Heaps. Her family have held a private gathering to celebrate in accordance with Hazel’s wishes. She will be missed deeply and remembered always.
