Passed peacefully at Mercy Hospice on 04 September 2024. Beloved wife of the late Leonard George Hart. Loving Mother to Richard, David, Kathryn and Step Mother to Michael. Beloved Nana to Jonathan, Daniel, Ryan, Benjamin, Sam and Beth. A private service will be held. In lieu of flowers a donation to Mercy Hospice through the link on this page would be appreciated.
