Francis (Frank) Alexander Neilson Robertson

Passed away peacefully at Parkstone Care Home, Christchurch on Sunday 8th September 2024 in his 101sth year.  Dearly loved husband and soul mate of Cath for 77 years.

Loved father and father-in-law of Peter and the late Sue, David and Margaret, Tony and Helen and Paul and Evelyn. Treasured grandfather of Rachel, Nicola, Anita, Talia, Emma, Angela, Blair, Michael, Glen, Mia (and partners) and his 15 great grandchildren.

Loved brother and brother-in- law of the late Jim and Isabella, John and Jean, Wattie and Kate, Pete and Jean, Tom and Janet, Abbie and Jim Curragh, William, Bob and Cath, Nancy and Bill Norcliffe, Helen and Frank Eckersley and loved uncle to all of his nieces and nephews,

Many thanks to Dr Williamson and the staff at Parkstone Care Home in Christchurch, for their care of Frank during his time there. Thanks also to the wider care team who supported Frank at Waimangaroa.

Sadly missed

A service celebrating Frank’s life will be held at Union Church in Westport on Saturday, 14 September at 1pm, followed by interment at the Orowaiti Cemetery. A livestream is available, and tributes may be left at www.hagedorns.co.nz/tributes. Messages may be sent C/- PO Box 483, Westport 7866. In lieu of flowers, donations to St John Ambulance are appreciated, and may be made at the service.
