Passed away at home on Thursday 18th September.
Much loved son of Huria Chisholm(dec) and Harry Vazey(dec). Brother to Shane, Angela, Tania, Julie, Aaron and Nicky(dec), also brother to a broad blended whanau.
Father to Zane Mane and Reece Vazey.
Koro to many. Uncle to multiple nieces and nephews.
A service for Quentin will be held on Monday 22nd September, 11am at The Whakatane Crematorium.
