Born 23 July 1933. Passed away on September 9th 2024. We are very sad to announce the passing of Barbara in her 91st year. Dearly loved wife of Alan Donald (deceased). Much loved sister of Valerie (deceased), Owen (deceased), and Colleen (deceased). Much loved Mother and Mother-in-law to Christine and Denis, Roger and Janet, and Andrew. Loved Grandma of Alana, Ryan, Rahema, Rommy, Roger and Alesiana. Loved Great Grandma of Ella, Thys, Eden, Hadley and Lilly. Much loved Sister-in-law to Gavin and Josie. Loved Aunt to Robyn, Chris, Kathryn, Greg, Stephanie, Glenn, Blair, Katie, Hannah, Paul, Jane, Gavin, Iona, Hamish, Louisa, Catherine, Alan (deceased), Malcolm and Marion. A Funeral Mass will be held at St Francis De Sales and All Souls Church, Albert Road, Devonport Auckland at 11:00am Saturday 14 September 2024 with Fr Neil Darragh presiding. A reception at church will follow mass for family and friend to meet. Many thanks to the staff of CHT Hillsborough Care Home, Auckland for their loving care of Barbara over the past year.
