Dearly loved husband of Jeanette (Nettie) and the late June. Dearly loved father of Lorraine Rowe, the late Marlene Penny, Raewyn & the late Keith Stockman, Lynne & John Graham and Jeanette & Brian Rowlands.
Much loved Pip of Aleisha, Mathew, Nicole, Ryan, Laurel, Shaun, Darn, Alex, Cameron & Greg and their families including 14 great grandchildren.
A loved and respected friend to Pat Phipps and the late Henry, Les Rexon, Jo & Graeme, Jacob, Lily & Danny Webb, Janey & Tim Ned and Harry George.
A service to celebrate Colin’s life is to be held at the Trinity Methodist Church, 176 King Street, Rangiora on Thursday 26 September 2024 at 11am.

Sincere sympathy to Lorraine & sisters on the loss of your special father and also to mention both your lovely mother and beautiful sister Marlene. I didn't realise they both had passed away so young at least you all have each other. Marlene was a very special person, jovial, mischievous, clever and I quite often recall our days at high school.
