Dear Jane and family, we in the rotary club were so blessed to know Colin. From the day we first met he was clearly not only a humble but quiet achiever but an extraordinary organiser. More recently a stoic and very patient sufferer. May you know Gods comfort in your grief.

Ka aroha hoki to Jane, Colin’s whānau and friends. How lucky I am to have known such an exceptional, thoughtful and gentle man. For promoting our kaupapa so we (Koha Kai) could host the wonderful Rotary South, we so looked forward to seeing you every week. Your stories and achievements were inspiring, you always had time for us and I looked forward to our rugby chats during the season, what year it was for Star. You are so very missed, I’ll be sure to look for your photos in the clubroom. Until we meet again e hoa ma.
