It still doesnt feel real, Dad. Every time I walk through your door, I half-expect to see you sitting at your table. My heart still aches with your absence, and while I know healing will come in time, the pain is very fresh. Though the thought of you with God brings some comfort, I can't help wishing you were here. I miss our moments together—your warm hugs, your cheekiness, our laughter, and just being with you. Those memories will keep your spirit alive in my heart forever. You may be gone Dad but your legacy will live on in every act of kindness I share and every moment of love I give. I love you Dad. Rest peacefully. God awaits your arrival.

Dear Uncle Tom. I have very fond memories of you growing up uncle I was so sad to hear of your passing, and wish I could have been there for you and the whanau at this time. Due to illness I was unable to attend today, but was fortunate enough to be able to join in via the live feed.
