Born September 12, 1933. Passed away peacefully at North Shore Hospital on 19 September 2024, aged 91 years. Charm, spirit, and thoughtfulness were the hallmarks of a character that drew in many. Cherished mother of Stephen, Grant, David, and Lisa, beloved wife of (late) John, and sister of Don. Adored grandmother of (late) Karla, Adam, and Matthew. A service to celebrate Evelyn will be held at The North Harbour Chapel of Dil’s Funeral Services, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany on Tuesday 1 October at 10:30am. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Otago Kidney Research, University of Otago, PO Box 56, Dunedin would be appreciated or may be left at the service.
