Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on 25 September 2024, aged 102 years. A life well-lived and dedicated to her family. Beloved wife of the late Frank. Much-loved mother and mother-in-law of John and Raewyn, Glenys and Herb Fava, Brian and Angela, and Joanne.

Adored Nana of Trudi, Kylie, Scott, Ryan, Briar, Jared, Sarah and Amanda. Very special Grandnan to her 15 great-grandchildren. Cherished sister of Bet Owen and the late Ron and John Waller.

A service to celebrate Joan's life will be held in Davis Grange Manor Chapel, 400 Dominion Road, Mount Eden, Wednesday 2 October at 11 am, followed by private cremation.
