Dearest Lorraine,John and families. Sorry we couldn’t make Avis’s last dance. I just watched her beautiful farewell. A wonderful women. Always called her Aunty Avis ( as Christine did). Avis will be missed. Last of those gorgeous Clark girls. Certainly and end of an era. Sending Love and Prayers Denise & Mick Novak
Farewell dear Avis. You were the greatest friend and neighbour I’ve been privileged enough to have. Our families grew up together and you my friend, were always there for me. Our children adored you too. So Melanie, Josh, Sam, Tom and Millie and of course Tim, will see you in heaven. God bless you. 🙏🏻
Lorraine and John and families, thinking of you all at this time. Avis was a big part of our childhood, from working in Mum and Dads bakery back in the early days, to becoming a great family friend who, along with your Dad, would look after me and my sister Jodie when our parents went on holidays. They would come in stay in what also happened to be your Dads childhood home in St Aubyn St. Looking back, we were rather bratty kids yet your parents were great with us. Your mum had grace and kindness yet knew when to pull us up when we went too far. We both have very fond memories of her and our thoughts are with you all -Jynel & Jodie
So very sorry to read of the death of Avis. You were truly blessed to have her for such a long time, but I know she will be sorely missed by all of you. I remember the many gatherings that Avis and Ken shared with my parents and recall what great mates they all were. Such good times to remember. My heartfelt sympathy to you all.
