Troy it was 03.44 in the morning when you woke me up for your passing service..... Only you could do that, Im on a tiny island in the Indian Ocean, with Beata.... Probably one of the greatest personalities and friends I ever met and had.. You were taken from us all way before your time friend.

I had the pleasure and good fortune to meet Troy on one of his early trips to California years ago. I had relocated here from England years before that. What a man he was! Fun, intelligent, wicked sense of humor, loyal, caring and ever consistent in being a fantastic person. We certainly shared a few passions. Family and motorcycles to name just two. I never met a more adventurous and accomplished rider. He was so happy with Leigh and the kids, who I also was lucky enough to meet. My heart goes out to them, his many, many great friends all over the world and friends like me who got to truly call him a good mate if only for a short time. His last words to me will always remain. We had met up for coffee a few days before his fateful Mexico trip. I said “it’s a pity I won’t see you after the trip as I’ll be away”. He replied “no bother as I’ll be back over again soon”. I can’t believe he won’t. His wonderful memory will forever live on. Rest and ride in peace brother Troy.

I only spoke to you the day before you left for Mexico. So saddened by the news both Brownie(Anthony Brown and myself will treasure all the phone calls and times spent as flatmates..friends and consolers of our pasts and present times. From Australia your 2 Brothers unite in grief and the tragedy of someone who will never be forgotten
