Died peacefully at Middlemore Hospital surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday 15 October 2024, in his 99th year. Many thanks to all the staff on Ward 4. Loved husband to the late Ellen Mary and father to Rosalind, Fraser and Murray; father-in-law to Fiona and Sara; grandad to Lizzie, Robert, Catherine and Michael, and their partners Vaughan, Dani, Ben and Benni and great granddad to Maddi, Alexander, Hughie and Elsie.

A service will be held at Grange Manor, 400 Dominion Rd, Mt Eden on Tuesday 22 October at 2pm, followed by refreshments in the reception lounge.
