We spent time with Bernard in the UK, communicated sporadically via email when he moved back to NZ and enjoyed Dad’s ( Nelson’s) stories of his time with Bernard in France. He inspired our love of France ! We still spend the Australian Winters ( French Summers) there and always think of him. RIP Uncle Bernard
