When I first interviewed at Dentons, Laura was my buddy. She was the very first person who called me, who spoke to me at the interview and who reassured me throughout. I will always remember that first impression I had of her, kind, caring, fiercely intelligent. When I came back as a summer clerk I remember having a hard day and she turned up with a block of chocolate for me because she was proud of me for getting the job and being a great buddy to her. Funny when she was the one doing a good job! She made me and every other junior feel so cared about. I always knew there was a friendly face waiting at work. I loved hearing about her Grafton flat and the hopes she had of getting her own place. I will miss her, and send all my love to you 🩷
