Mum it breaks my heart, to know I won't be visiting you again, when I visit dad, but we'll look after him and keep him busy. We were SO LUCKY that you and dad chose us. You were the best mum ever. We'll remember you everyday and talk about how wonderful you were. Your grandchildren want your home baking,.so I'll try but I'm sure they won't be as good as the ones tou made.. Eleanor, with Howard, kindly invited me to their home in Hendon UK on Sundays to join them for lunch and to visit their church when I was a student at college in Wimbledon. Generous and encouraging I will keep her memory in my heart. My sister Jill and my husband send their love to her family as do I.

As a family we had many happy times together when Eleanor and Howard visited us in Southampton. I remember Eleanor as a gentle , warm and loving person who was very dear to my Mum and Dad , along with Eleanor's brother John Dixon.
