Mum it breaks my heart, to know I won't be visiting you again, when I visit dad, but we'll look after him and keep him busy. We were SO LUCKY that you and dad chose us. You were the best mum ever. We'll remember you everyday and talk about how wonderful you were. Your grandchildren want your home baking,.so I'll try but I'm sure they won't be as good as the ones tou made.. Thanks for teaching the boys to bake and for all the other things you taught them. Thanks for your kindness, love and patience. We love you mum xoxoxoxo

It has been lovely to share in Eleanor's service with you all this morning, and our love and prayers for God's peace fly across the Tasman to Tamahere. We remember happy times of hospitality with Eleanor and Howard in your home and ours. Eleanor's beautiful smile and warm heart were a blessing to all she met.
A lovely service for a lovely person. Eleanor is fondly remembered for her caring nature and words of wisdom. I remember especially her caring and wise council when my daughter had her daughter. Always there for people in need with Godly and loving support. God Bless
Eleanor, with Howard, kindly invited me to their home in Hendon UK on Sundays to join them for lunch and to visit their church when I was a student at college in Wimbledon. Generous and encouraging I will keep her memory in my heart. My sister Jill and my husband send their love to her family as do I.

As a family we had many happy times together when Eleanor and Howard visited us in Southampton. I remember Eleanor as a gentle , warm and loving person who was very dear to my Mum and Dad , along with Eleanor's brother John Dixon. Eleanor's deep love for God shone through in her life and was clearly reflected in her love and care for her family and friends. I know she will be deeply missed. Sending you all my love Ian
Sending all my love and condolences to everyone. I always think of Eleanor fondly - especially when Howard and Eleanor visited me in Vancouver and it was so special to see family while living overseas! Miss you and love you <3
Thinking of you all at this time. May the memories you share of a lovely wife and mother sustain you....these, no one can take away. I will always think of Eleanor as a treasured friend whose faith in God always inspired me. Now at peace.
Im so sorry you've loss someone so important in your life. Losing a mother is one of the deepest sorrows a heart can know. But her goodness, her caring, and her wisdom live on-like a legacy of love that will always be with you. May that love surround you now and bring you peace.
