Of all the special gifts in life however great or small, to have you as an awesome uncle and brother in law was the greatest gift of all. You were kind, loving, funny and had a heart of gold. We will miss you so very much, but you are not too far away as our hearts are full of so many great memories of both of our families growing up together and family times together, which we will treasure everyday. It has broken our hearts to lose you, but you haven't gone alone for part of our family has gone with you. Rest in peace uncle Shane xxxx
Rest in peace my dear friend, we will always remember your kindness and support You will always be in our hearts forever Adni family,
My deepest condolences to the Foster Whanau The video of the photos from Shane's life showed how much love and fun he radiated Emma and Ben I'm so glad he was able to attend your wedding
When I think of Uncle Shane, I imagine a gracious smile that could bring joy to any situation. A warm hearted spirit that gives you hope and makes you remember that everything will always be Ok. A strong man with strong character. These are the traits of a loving and good man. Much Love to you, family, and friends.
To My Uncle Shane, You have always been a beacon of light and positivity to me. Your happiness contagious and your youthful smile so genuine. You played a huge part in creating such joyous memories for Danny and I growing up. I asked Danny what his favorite memory of Uncle Shane was and he said "Fishing!". No surprises here, I think there was always fierce competition between you two on who caught the biggest snapper. It was hard for me to decide, there have been so many. But the image of you struggling with me, Danny, Emma and Luke hanging off your shoulders, neck, arms and legs is one the makes me smile. Your patience and playfulness was something incredibly special. Thank you for everything Shane. With deepest love and respect, from Sam and Danny.
Shane, we will remember your strength, your sense of humour and your love for your family and friends. All our love Pat and Sharon
To Shane and family We always seem to run into you and Raewyn grabbing coffee in Orewa and enjoying being out in the sunshine and by the beach. Such warmth and good humour emanated from you. Rest in Peace xx
To Uncle Shane, Thank you for being you. Thank you for the love you shared with us all and the man you are. Your soul will be forever cherished and your smile forever remembered. Thank you for your presence, love and continuous positivity you have cast onto us all. May we find peace knowing that you are still with us in our hearts, soul and memories. My most sincere thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends who love you so much. Lots of Love Joseph
Hard to write into words how much Shane will be missed, from the moment we met Shane he just fitted into the family without even trying and I guess that’s the real tribute to what sort of person he was, not an easy task, I have such fond memories of Shane and Raewyn taking us younger siblings under their wing, we definitely needed the guidance and we had so many adventures with the both of them, don’t need to say Raewyn picked really well with that one, we were all very lucky to have him in our lives, I loved that Shane could tell you what he really thought but never offend you, always in our hearts, your humour, grace and dignity lasted right though the hard times and you were just a really fun, easy guy to be around, your light will stay with us forever, with great love for you always, rest easy xxx

Shane had been a part of the Accent Tools’ team for over 22 years, standing side by side with us through the all highs and lows. Respected throughout the tool industry in New Zealand, Shane gave his all to serving his customers, with thousands of tool dealers and users having had the opportunity over the years to get to know Shane and benefit from his unrelenting passion, enthusiasm, friendship, and wealth of knowledge. It’s a terribly sad time for those of us that worked alongside Shane, whether it was for all 22 of those years, or just a few months. He was the sort of guy that could get on with anybody, loved a laugh, worked his butt off every day, and was exceptionally passionate and loyal. His customers loved him not just because he was one of the best tool salespeople around, but because he was a wonderful human being. We’ll miss you terribly Shane. love from your Accent Tools' family
