Jo passed quietly and peacefully after a recent gradual decline in health. She was surrounded by the love of family and close friends, who were with her constantly during the few weeks leading to her passing.

Beloved daughter of the late Stella and Ted East of Paeroa, cherished sister of Jack. Dearly loved wife of the late Neville, and mother of Paul, Monique, Greg, and Michelle.

Much loved grandmother of Jamie, Phoebe, Rhianne, Corey, and Nadine, and adored great grandmother of Luca, Evie, and Nyla. In accordance with Jo's wishes a private service will be held on Thursday 19 December.
