Passed away on 20 December 2024, in his 90th year. Devoted and dearly loved by his wife Dariel. Cherished dad to Jamie and Ritchie, Robyn and Lyle, and the late Jennie. Adored Poppa to Noel, Jack, Mollie, Meg, Eve and Sammie. Loved and respected by his extended family and many friends. Rest peacefully with our darling Jennie.
A service celebrating Mike’s life will be held at Tauranga Yacht and Power Boat Club, 90 Keith Allen Drive, Tauranga, on Friday 3 January at 1:30pm.

A great man although could not convert to rugby union will miss those phone conversations RIP Mike
Mike was a Gentleman who we met through our trips to Hawaii who over the years became a great friend. He will be missed dearly.
We will miss our little chats Mike and trust you've taken some Baku tomato seeds with you. Good planting. RIP
Mike was such a presence at Bethlehem Shores and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. He was always ready with his cheeky with and a smile and I, for one, will miss his friendliness and humour. Rest in peace, Mike.
