It is with great sadness that the family of Richard Hammer announce his passing. He died peacefully on the 26th December at Tauranga hospital aged 83. Dearly loved husband of Kay and the late Mary. Much adored father of Penny and Patsy, father in law of Iain and Ross. Much loved grandpa of Douglas, Robert, Michael, Gillian, Harry and Mitchel and great grandpa of Isla and Finley.
In accordance with Richard’s wishes, a private cremation has been held.
A memorial service to celebrate Richard’s life will be held, details to be advised at a later date.
