Dear Raewyn & sisters. I'm sad to hear(yesterday 23rd), of your mums passing. My condolences to you & your loved ones. I have always remembered your beautiful mum with fondness. She was a lady who sparkled lovliness & it shone not only in you girls but through in her wonderful sewing skills. I always valued the wedding dress she made for me..the lovely Chantilly lace headgear she expertly hand sewed over 100 little pearls too. I realized later that I should have paid alot more than what she charged..(I'm sorry Mrs Doel-i never called her Val which was the name i was first introduced)..but she wouldn't hear of it. She was on my heart these last few months to visit..& now I've missed out.😪 I always enjoyed to see her face over the early years of having first known her & am sorry I never returned the kindness she'd shown me & Id say- probablymany others. I never forgot her 'footprint' in my life, from my early 20s. When will I learn to not put off things that press fervently. God bless you all..
