Passed away peacefully on 1 January 2025, aged 91, surrounded by his family. Loved husband to the late Barbara and late Valma. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Carolyn and David, Peter and Sarina, Diane and Greg. Poppa to Amy, Nathan, Michael, Sophie, Simon, Ayla, Dylan, Ellen and Kim. Poppa Barry to Connor and Liam. Friend and companion to Tatiana.

Carolyn, Peter and Diane, What a beautiful service. It was a privilege to attend remotely and see such a heartfelt tribute to Barry. He was such an important part of my life and a brilliant grandparent. I have so many memories I treasure and will be saluting Barry today with love and a decent glass of Irish Whiskey. Sending much love to you and your family.
