Bereavement Panui on behalf of the Shortland Whānau, regarding the passing of their beloved Nephi Karora Shortland, who sadly passed away on Thursday 9th January 2025 in Auckland. Brother of Harris and the late Jean (Wellington), Maree and Honey (Bella) both of Auckland. Father of Mark and Harris (Australia), Grandfather of Kiani (Tasmania). Dear Uncle to Kurt, Joan, Dimitrios, Kathleen and baby Yiannis (Sydney) Cheryl, Steve and Whānau (Brisbane) and his many oher nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. He was well cared for by his loving sisters Maree (and her daughter Soraya Woods), Honey and her whānau, and the staff of ther Erin Park Care Home. Matua will remain in the care of Haven Falls Funeral Home, 3 View Road, Henderson, with the following kaupapa in place. On Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th January 2025, a viewing and family evening service will be held from 5.30pm, all are welcome. On Monday 13th January 2025 there will be a final viewing at 9am, and service commencing at 11am followed by a private cremation.
