Deepest sympathy for your loss but may many happy memories you have off her help at this sad time. I went to Western Height High School and lived in Mallard Drive just up the Road from Sheryl. Many fond memories I have , one being jumping over the back fence to her house to wag school. Gone far to soon.

I Will always remember an cherish the memories growing up with you, you were the one aunty I never pushed the limits with (haha) I no you will very missed, always in our hearts aunty Sheryl ♥️
That is such sad news. Sheryl was the Rotorua District Council contact for the local rural volunteer fire units in the 1990s and she was fantastic to deal with. I was the Chief Fire Officer with West Rotoiti and we had to traverse some tricky 'politics' when the rural units first developed a relationship with the Council and Sheryl just 'got stuff done', which made our roles much easier. Thank you Sheryl! Sincere condolences to the whanau. Willie Shaw
So sad to hear of your passing Sheryl. You were well loved by our Council Whanau, including me back in the "good old days" at Council. Thank you for looking after us. Lots of love to you Andy, and to Sheryl's whanau. Thinking of you all at this very sad time. Love, Kaa (Nanny)

Sheryl, I will cherish our friendship forever and I will mourn that it wasn't long enough. I will always remember, the experiences we shared, the problems we solved, the things we taught each other. I loved how confident, friendly and always helpful and thoughtful you were. Who would have guessed that meeting you through work would have turned into one of the most important friendship in my life. I am so grateful to have spent time with you to talk and share, to hug you and say my goodbyes. I think you wanted me to know you had things in order so I wouldn't worry. You were still organising and planning till the end. Thank you my beautiful friend for giving me, Glenn, Lily and my whanau your time, care and love over the years. You will always be in my heart and memories. Words are not enough. To Andy, Richard, Simon, Michelle and whanau, arohamai, arohanui, we have been thinking of you and sharing your loss. Priscilla and Glenn
Sheryl - It was with great sadness to hear of your passing and you will remain a special friend that we have known each other for many years. My condolences to your family with the loss of a special person. Your sense of humour and ability to organise will be missed by many. The battle has been long and you fought it without complaining and took it in your stride, with a positive attitude and outlook. While we didn't speak often in the past years, when we did it was like yesterday.
Sheryl, it was a pleasure to know you. I always enjoyed your down to earth attitude and frank approach. You didn't mince words and I loved that about you!! Most of all, I loved how much you loved Fletcher and went out of your way to make sure you devoted time to him right from birth, I was in awe of your bond with him. Thank you for all you did for him and my sister Jacqui. Huge love to Simon, Fletch and the family.
My sincere condolences to the Family. Sheryl will be missed and has always had a special place in my heart.
