WICKSTEAD, Joan Maureen Minnie (nee Creighton).
Born 16 June 1929 in Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland. Passed away on 10 January 2025 at North Shore Hospital. Dearly loved wife of the late Ron Wickstead. Much loved mother of Anne, Mandy and the late Karyn Mary and Mother-in-Law to Michael. Adored Nana to Alivia, Malissa, Lucy and Mark and Great Grandmother to Amelia, Lucas, Eddy, Frankie and Amira. Joan was the family matriarch and was deeply loved and cherished by all who knew her. You have walked a long walk Joan - rest easy now. A relaxed celebration of Joan's life will be held at the Esplanade Hotel Devonport at 2:30 pm Wednesday 15 January.

Shocked to see you had gone sweet Joan . I never thought you would leave. You were so full of life. Devonport will never be the same. :( Your smile , laughter and happiness filled every room.
