Tributes

Rosalie You will be missed. We have shared many special times together, the most memorable were back in Mountain Road, coffee and lunch meet-ups in Taupo, fish n chips and games at Delphi, our trip to Tauranga with Hamish, and phone conversations at Larch. You have always been up for a game of scrabble, a puzzle, looking after the boys, and keeping the cake tins well-stocked. Thank you for everything you have done for me, and the boys over the years. Rest in peace now, Fiona X

💔 Rosalie 🥀 A one in a million guardian and my Kiwi mum. You took me in and gave me a place to call home. I realized what family could be with you & Hamish’s support. You taught me tradition, cooking and baking (mostly peanut brownies) together almost every evening except on your bridge nights. You encouraged me to take part in as many experiences as possible and made me into who I am today. You took me for fittings for all my formal dresses, & was with me at every hair salon appointment. You always made me feel so special 🥺. I regret not seeing you before the end, but I’m glad I was able to be part of your last birthday, thanks to Hamish. You always told me I was the daughter you always wished for. I’m happy God put us together back then. You were truely a mother to me. You are free now with the stars to light and guide as you have always done 💫 Forever in my heart, my NZ mum ✨
