Funeral service held at St Columba Presbyterian Church
Steve and I were very close growing up and during our early adult years but unfortunately we lost touch We always had a lot of laughs, and joyed similar sense of human. My deepest sympathy to all his family RIP steve
Steve showed me that it was OK to be myself whilst following Jesus - that it was OK to be funny, cheeky, honest and even blunt, as long as the intention was love. I can only imagine the sea of young men that have been impacted in the same way by this wonderful, humble man. "well done, you tough old goat, welcome to heaven!"
Stephen was the dearly loved brother of Rosina and brother-in-law of Ashley This beautiful man with a generous heart, taken too soon. Special thanks to the staff at the Critical Care Ward of Auckland City Hospital for their exceptional care of Stephen. May peace and serenity be with you now, Big Brother.
Steve has shown the character of the Messiah in his faith and works. A true hero of the Lord Jesus family. May his efforts and impact continue to the generations he worked among. Homeward Bound Steve. ✝️
