McINTYRE, Doreen Lois (nee Hinton). Known to her friends and family as Lois, passed away on 24th January 2025 at North Shore Hospital aged 95 years. Beloved mother of Brett and Jenny (deceased) and grandmother to Michael. Loved daughter to the late Louisa and Alfred Hinton and sister / sister in law to the late Alf and Bev, and Johnny and Diane. Much loved aunt of Mark, Brenda, Tuihana, Garth and Margot and great aunt to many. "Gone now to join Jenny." Lois's memorial service will be held at 11 am on 5th February at the Dils Chapel, 48 Waiora Road, Whangaparaoa.

I am so sorry to hear of Aunty Lois passing. I spent alot of time with her growing up as she was a dear friend to my Nana and Grampy (Lois and Ken Cooksey). I am so sorry i missed her funeral. All my love to her family and friends, reunited with Jenny and my Nana and Grampy xox
